I wanted one site that listed all CrossFit Events & Competitions here in New Zealand; I couldn’t find one and it was frustrating trying to find competition details on Facebook!

It’s pretty bare bones – but it will expand out as time progresses.

The Articles page will have articles in due course – some written by me and plenty of others written by affiliate owners, athletes, coaches & others just like me. If you have a great story, news or other stuff – CrossFit – related then email it through and I’ll get it posted.

At the bottom of every page you can subscribe to our newsletter – get info of up-coming events and comps around NZ; and eventually other CrossFit stuff happening around the world.

Competitions – If you have news and stories from competitions you’ve attend email us at hello(Replace this parenthesis with the @ sign)awodlife.nz; we’d love to know how you got on.
